Order Cancellations

Semi-Custom Orders 
You can cancel semi-custom orders for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.

Custom Orders
For custom orders, please refer to your individual contract for specific terms regarding cancellations and refunds. The terms outlined in your contract take precedence for all custom work.

Order Returns

We do not accept any returns. Once artwork has been approved by the client and sent to production no additional edits can be made. After the client signs off on final approval we are unable to offer reprints or returns.

• If KCE House is at fault for an error, we will reprint your order at no additional cost to you.
• If the client is responsible for an error or requests a change after print production has begun, a new order will need to be placed at full cost to the client. If you receive your order and no longer need them please dispose of them as you wish.

We do not accept returns for semi-custom or custom items and do not provide return shipping labels for any items.

Exceptional Circumstances

We recognize that unforeseen complications can occur during the planning process. If you encounter exceptional circumstances that fall outside the parameters of this policy, please don't hesitate to contact us directly. We're committed to working with you to find a fair and reasonable solution.
