What is your general production timeline?
Each offering at KC Experiential House operates on a distinct production schedule. Timelines vary by product type and begin only once all required approvals and materials have been received.
Estimated timelines:
• Gift Sets: 3–5 business days (up to 7 during launches)
• Semi-Custom Invitation Suites: 3–4 weeks after final proof approval
• Semi-Custom Day-of Paper Goods: 2–3 weeks after final proof approval
• Custom Projects: Timeline outlined in your approved proposal
We encourage placing orders well in advance to allow for a refined and unhurried experience.
Gift Sets
When will my gift set ship?
In-stock gift sets ship within 3–5 business days. During seasonal releases or limited-edition launches, please allow up to 7 business days for preparation.
You will receive tracking information once your order departs our studio.
Expedited shipping accelerates transit time, not assembly time.

Is shipping included?
Yes. Complimentary U.S. shipping is included on all curated gift sets.
Please inquire about international shipping for a custom quote and to confirm we can meet your timeline. International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, and additional carrier fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Each set is carefully arranged in signature packaging and protected for safe delivery. No pricing information is included in gift shipments.
Gift Set Returns & Exchanges
Due to the curated and limited nature of our gift sets, all gift set purchases are final sale.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and contents so we may assist promptly.
In select situations, store credit may be issued at the discretion of the studio.
KC Experiential House reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
Semi-Custom Stationery
When should I order my wedding stationery?
We recommend:
• Save the Dates: Order 6–8 months before your wedding
• Invitations: Order 4–6 months before your wedding
• Invitations should be mailed 10–12 weeks prior to your event
This allows time for thoughtful proofing, production, addressing, and delivery.
What is the semi-custom production timeline?
Semi-custom stationery ships approximately 3–4 weeks after:
• Final proof approval
• Submission and confirmation of guest addressing files (if selected)
*Production does not begin until all approvals are received in full. Delays in proof approval or file submission will adjust your production timeline accordingly.
How many proof rounds are included?
Semi-custom orders include two rounds of revisions.
Included revisions cover:
- Text updates
- Ink color selections within the suite design
- Envelope color selection
- Date adjustments
- Minor layout refinements
Requests that alter the original design concept, structure, typography, or layout may require additional design fees or a transition to a fully custom project. Additional proof rounds beyond the included revisions may incur fees.
Production will not begin until final written proof approval is received.
Are stationery orders refundable?
Due to the made-to-order nature of printed goods, all stationery orders are final sale once proofing has begun.
Orders may not be canceled once they have entered production.
Is return address printing included?
Yes. Complimentary return address printing is included on outer and RSVP envelopes where applicable.
Is guest address printing included?
Guest address printing is available as an add-on and requires submission of a properly formatted address file. We will send the template to fill out after purchase.
KC Experiential House is not responsible for errors within submitted address files once approved.
How is stationery shipped?
Stationery orders are carefully boxed, layered, and shipped via insured ground service. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Tracking information is provided once shipped.
Do you offer rush production on semi-custom stationery?
Rush production may be available depending on current production bandwidth and material availability.
If you are working within a compressed timeline, please inquire prior to purchase to confirm feasibility.
Rush fees may apply, and expedited shipping does not shorten design or proofing timelines.
Custom Design Projects
How does the custom process work?
Custom projects begin with a formal design proposal outlining scope, production timeline, and investment.
Design and production time is reserved once the proposal is signed and the required non-refundable deposit is received.
No materials are sourced and no production scheduling is secured until both contract and deposit are complete.
What is the payment structure?
Custom projects require a non-refundable deposit to secure design and production time. Remaining balances are due according to the payment schedule outlined in your proposal agreement.
Work will not proceed on overdue balances.
Are custom projects refundable?
Due to the bespoke nature of custom design projects, all deposits and payments are non-refundable once design work has commenced.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances affecting your event, and provided that materials have not been ordered and production has not begun, the studio may, at its sole discretion, issue a partial refund.
Approved design time, creative development, sourcing, and administrative work are non-refundable.
How does shipping work for custom projects?
Shipping and delivery coordination are quoted within your proposal and reflect:
- Project scale
- Packaging requirements
- Insurance value
- Delivery location
- Planner or venue coordination needs
For large-scale deliveries, we may coordinate directly with your planner or venue to ensure seamless delivery.
Design Guides
How do I access my design guide?
Upon purchase, you will receive an email with immediate access to download your digital guide. Please check your spam folder if it does not appear within a few minutes.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to download and securely store the file.
What format are the guides delivered in?
Design guides are delivered as professionally formatted PDF files optimized for both screen viewing and home printing.
Are digital products refundable?
Due to the immediate-access nature of digital downloads, all design guide purchases are final sale.
Can I share the guide?
Your purchase includes a limited, non-transferable license for use in connection with a single event.
You may share the guide with your planner, venue, or vendors solely for the purpose of implementing your specific event design.
This license does not permit reuse for future events, additional clients, or unrelated projects.
The guide may not be:
- Resold or redistributed
- Reproduced in whole or in part
- Modified and presented as original work
- Repurposed for commercial use
- Used to create derivative products, templates, or competing materials
- Shared beyond those directly involved in executing your event
All content, creative frameworks, layouts, language, and visual concepts remain the exclusive intellectual property of KC Experiential House and are protected under U.S. copyright law.
Purchase of this guide does not transfer ownership or grant commercial usage rights beyond the limited scope outlined above. For commercial or multi-event use, a separate Commercial License is required.
KC Experiential House reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of its intellectual property.
Does access expire?
No. Once downloaded, the guide remains accessible to you for ongoing reference.
Access does not expire; however, usage rights remain subject to the licensing terms outlined above.
Is this a full wedding planner?
Our design guides are educational and aesthetic planning tools intended to support visual cohesion and creative decision-making. They are not full-service planning documents and do not replace a wedding planner or event professional.
Materials & Color
Will colors appear exactly as shown online?
Due to variations in monitor calibration, screen resolution, lighting conditions, and paper texture, slight color differences between digital previews and printed materials may occur.
We produce each order with careful quality control to ensure consistency within your final suite.
Shipping, Delivery & Liability
What if my package is delayed?
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is managed by the carrier.
While KC Experiential House is not responsible for carrier delays, we are happy to assist in tracking and communication with the carrier when possible.
We recommend allowing additional transit time during peak holiday or seasonal periods.
What if my package is lost?
If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will initiate a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
Once a claim determination has been made, the studio will review next steps, which may include replacement based on product availability and production schedules.
KC Experiential House is not responsible for delays resulting from carrier investigation timelines.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of both the packaging and contents so we may assist you promptly.
Failure to report damage within this window may void replacement eligibility.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please confirm all shipping details carefully at checkout.
KC Experiential House is not responsible for delays, losses, or fees resulting from incorrect address information. Packages returned due to address error will require additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
How much is shipping?
Complimentary U.S. shipping is included on eligible orders as outlined above.
International shipping is not currently available through standard checkout. If you are located outside the United States, please inquire for a custom shipping quote and timeline confirmation.
International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, and carrier-imposed fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
What is your return policy?
Due to the curated and made-to-order nature of our offerings, return eligibility varies by product type.
Gift Sets
All gift sets are final sale. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so we may review and assist.
Semi-Custom Stationery
All semi-custom stationery orders are final sale once proofing has begun. Because each suite is produced specifically for you, cancellations and refunds are not available after design work has commenced or materials have entered production.
Custom Projects
Custom projects require a non-refundable deposit to reserve design and production time. Payments are non-refundable once design work has begun.
Digital Design Guides
All digital products are final sale due to the immediate-access nature of downloadable materials.
What happens if my event is postponed or canceled?
If your event is postponed or affected by circumstances beyond our control, payments made for completed design work, sourcing, and production are non-refundable.
If materials have not yet been ordered and production has not begun, we may, at our discretion, apply payments toward a new date, subject to availability.

Promotions & Studio Access
Can I use more than one promotional code?
KC Experiential House permits one promotional code per order. Offers may not be combined and cannot be applied retroactively. Promotional codes are valid only during the stated access period and may not be reissued once expired.
Do promotional codes apply to all products?
Promotional codes apply to eligible retail products only. They do not apply to custom projects, digital products, design services, shipping fees, taxes, or rush production.
Do you offer trade pricing?
We extend private trade courtesy to select planners and industry partners. Please contact us directly for consideration.
