Proofing

Once we receive your intake form, a digital proof will be sent within 2 business days.

Each order includes one round of minor revisions. Please review all spelling, dates, punctuation, and layout carefully. By approving your proof, you confirm that all details are correct as shown. Approved proofs are printed exactly as submitted.

Proofs should be approved within 5 business days to maintain your production schedule.

Production Timeline

Production begins once your proof is approved.

• Invitation Suites: 3–4 weeks after final approval
• Day-Of Paper Goods: 2–3 weeks after final approval

Rush production may be available upon request and must be confirmed prior to ordering.

Completion & Shipping

You will receive tracking information once your order departs our studio. Expedited shipping accelerates transit time, not production time.

Shipping

Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to you. International shipping may be available upon request—please inquire prior to ordering.

Returns

Due to the personalized nature of semi-custom stationery, returns are not accepted. If your order arrives with a production error or quality issue not reflected in your approved proof, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at design@kcehouse.com.
