STEP I
Consultation Call
Our initial meeting establishes the fundamentals of your celebration. Together, we will review dates, design, and budget, establishing whether the KC Experiential House suits your needs and your event. If our team is the right fit, a proposal will be shared, a contract will be signed, and a deposit will be required for our services to start.
STEP II
Event Discovery
Once the housekeeping items are out of the way, the fun begins! We will get to know you, your story, and your dream experience in more detail. Here, we carve out what would make your day unforgettable and consider non-negotiable touch points. Utilizing tools like our design intake form and Pinterest board as a guide, we will walk through your inspiration, design ideas, and budget to inform the foundation of your design concept.
STEP III
Design Concepts & Budgeting
Here, we compile all of the details to construct an event concept inclusive of venue, vendors, and styling for you to consider. Each concept design deck highlights key features, mood boards, color palettes, aesthetic details, vendors and values. Once you have selected your dream concept, we move forward with full-scale momentum.
STEP IV
Planning & Design
With an established concept, we begin to finesse the plan. Locking in locations, catering, photography, vendors, and music, we weave together the fundamental details with high-touch design, unique elements, and exacting execution. Each new touchpoint is added to your custom design deck, bringing ongoing clarity to milestone check-ins, vendor collaborations, and critical design decisions.
STEP V
RSVP Management
You provide us with a list of names and addresses, and we handle the rest. From designing, producing, and mailing the invites to tracking the RSVPs and following up with guests, we eliminate the stress of guest management. With a finalized guest list, we will collaborate with you to develop a seating chart and communicate the details with your vendors.
STEP VI
Day Of
The KC Experiential team seamlessly steps in to execute every detail of your day. Managing vendors, guests, and overall operations, we leave you to only worry about slipping into your best dress and soaking it all in.
